最明顯可識別「藥房」的方法是看見其處所展示訂明標識。
該標識以紅色「十」字為主體，在「十」字中間則是白底印有「℞」的符號。「℞」這符號有久遠的歷史，惟未能確定其來源。該符號有「醫生處方」的意思。

The most obvious way to identify a “pharmacy” is that you can see the prescribed logo. The logo is featured with a red “cross” as the main body, and in the middle square of the “cross” is a white background with the symbol “℞”. This symbol “℞” has a long history though the origin could not be ascertained. It can be recognised as “prescription”.
